The focus is on spoken, informal Mandarin as it is used socially, helping learners take part in conversations, respond naturally, and feel at ease in relaxed, everyday social situations.

Learners who complete the course may take a short post-course assessment. Based on performance, a CEFR-aligned certificate can be issued to reflect the learner’s demonstrated level at the end of the course.
