This course is suitable if you:

The course is 2 x 90 min sessions per week, for a total of 22.5 contact hours

Entry Level

This course is designed for beginner learners with limited to no prior exposure to Malay.A short assessment may be recommended to ensure appropriate placement.

Assessment & Certification

Learners who complete the course may take a short post-course assessment. Based on performance, a CEFR-aligned certificate can be issued to reflect the learner’s demonstrated level at the end of the course.

Outcomes & Next Steps

By the end of the course, learners typically:

Feel more confident using Malay in everyday community settings
Can participate in short social interactions without relying on English
Are better able to navigate daily life in Malay-speaking environments

Learners who wish to continue can progress into private or other specialised courses based on their goals.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as attended, and no rescheduling or refund will be offered.
