Yes. All courses are delivered live by instructors. Sessions are interactive and include guided practice, feedback, and correction. We do not offer pre-recorded or self-paced courses.
We offer three main types of language learning, organised by how the language will be used:

• Practical Language Courses – courses pre-designed around specific situations common to Singapore based learners.
• Exam Preparation Courses – structured programmes for recognised exams such as IELTS, JLPT, and TOPIK.
• Private 1:1 Language Coaching – fully customised coaching for learners with specific goals or constraints.
No. Most courses are available in a 1:1 format year-round.

Small-group courses are offered periodically for selected situations or exams when there is sufficient demand.
Yes. Corporate programmes can be customised in scope, terminology, sequencing, and assessment to match organisational roles and communication needs. We typically begin with a needs discussion or assessment.
For all 20-hour and above courses, learners receive a CEFR aligned certificate of completion and progress documentation.

Seperate CEFR-aligned assessments are available separately if formal benchmarking is required.
