Comprehensive Language Capability Assessments

Identity Check

Before starting, we verify each candidate’s identity via an online video check, using their passport or official photo ID

Reading Comprehension

We assess how well candidates understand and analyze written texts, focusing on key ideas and arguments

Writing

We evaluate how clearly candidates communicate in writing, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, and organization

LIstening Comprehension

We check how well candidates grasp spoken language, including main ideas and details from conversations or instructions

Speaking

We assess how effectively candidates express themselves in conversations, focusing on fluency, pronunciation, and interaction

Results

Each candidate receives a CEFR level for each skill, along with an overall grade

CEFR-aligned Language Capability Benchmarking

Learners recieve an internationally recognised CEFR assessment and official proficiency report. Each evaluation measures real-world communication skills and provides clear, standardised results suitable for immigration, employment, or professional development.

Are your courses taught live?

Yes. All courses are delivered live by instructors. Sessions are interactive and include guided practice, feedback, and correction. We do not offer pre-recorded or self-paced courses.

What types of courses do you offer?

We offer three main types of language learning, organised by how the language will be used:

• Practical Language Courses – courses pre-designed around specific situations common to Singapore based learners.
• Exam Preparation Courses – structured programmes for recognised exams such as IELTS, JLPT, and TOPIK.
• Private 1:1 Language Coaching – fully customised coaching for learners with specific goals or constraints.

Are all courses available in group format?

No. Most courses are available in a 1:1 format year-round.

Small-group courses are offered periodically for selected situations or exams when there is sufficient demand.

Can courses be customised for organisations?

Yes. Corporate programmes can be customised in scope, terminology, sequencing, and assessment to match organisational roles and communication needs. We typically begin with a needs discussion or assessment.

What certification or documentation will I receive?

For all 20-hour and above courses, learners receive a CEFR aligned certificate of completion and progress documentation.

Seperate CEFR-aligned assessments are available separately if formal benchmarking is required.
