At the front desk, you are the first face a guest sees and the last voice they hear. Every check-in, every phone call, every billing query — it all reflects the standard of your hotel. If you have ever felt uncertain mid-conversation, struggled to explain a charge clearly, or found yourself searching for the right words during a busy check-in, this course is designed to change that.
Course Features:
– Led by experienced, native-speaking English tutors
– CEFR-aligned skills development tailored for hospitality professionals
– Private format (small-groups available on request)
– Comprehensive learning materials
– Fully online with flexible scheduling to fit your busy workday
Through live, interactive sessions and scenario-based practice, you will work through the situations that define your role: managing check-ins and booking changes, answering guest questions and giving directions, handling phone enquiries and room-rate discussions, and processing check-outs and billing queries. Every session is built around real front desk scenarios, so the language you practise is immediately useful at work.
