Who this is for
For hotel housekeeping and room-support staff who want practical English for their role. The course is designed around CEFR A2 communication. You should already be comfortable with the language needed at that starting level.
Skills and focus
Four practical units focus on the communication you use at work:
- Describe room features and make simple recommendations
- Discuss bathroom items and help with luggage requests
- Give clear directions
- Explain room problems and practical solutions
How it works
16 hours of private, live online instruction across eight 2-hour sessions. Build skills step by step through role-play and realistic housekeeping and room-support situations, with live correction and feedback from your teacher.
What to expect
Practise handling housekeeping and room-support situations more clearly and confidently. Your progress is shown through the tasks you complete and the feedback you apply.
A Certificate of Completion can be issued based on your demonstrated communication skills.
