In housekeeping and room support, you interact with guests every day. Describing a room, helping with luggage, giving directions to the gym, handling a complaint about a broken air-con — each conversation is a chance to make a guest feel well looked after, or leave them feeling uncertain and frustrated. If you have ever struggled to find the right words when a guest stops you in the corridor, or felt unsure how to explain a room problem professionally, this course gives you the practical English to handle those moments with confidence.
Course Features:

– Private format (small-groups available on request)
– Comprehensive learning materials
– Fully online with flexible scheduling to fit your busy workday
Through live, interactive sessions and scenario-based practice, you will rehearse the conversations that define great guest service — room descriptions, luggage assistance, giving directions, and handling complaints — and receive immediate, targeted corrections from your dedicated instructor.
